Audiovox / UTStarcom
There are several Unified PST under different names for Audiovox, some are Unified PST for Audiovox, some are Curitel Unified PST, and another Hyuandai PST. For most Audiovox, you can use the Unified PST directly.

Audiovox phones are made by Curitel, Toshiba, and Hyundai. So if you don’t see a particular model in one PST software, try another PST from one of these companies.

If the Audiovox phone has a SPC, you should be able to read it with UniCDMA software, provided that you configure the virtual COM port for the Audiovox phone to be reachable by the UniCDMA software.

Now you should click on Phone Setting. It will show you a screen with the NAM information, PRL and other things. Just check the item you would like to write to the phone. For example, if you want to write the PRL, go to the PRL tab, and open the Cricket PRL file. Then check the PRL checkbox on the top, and click on Write.

If you need to program the NAM,just go to the NAM tab and change the information you need and check the NAM checkbox and write to the phone.

About unlocking the Virgin Audiovox 8915

Currently, the SPC reading for this model is not supported by any programs I know. So first, Curitel PST, select 8940 to read the phone, the PST will ask for a SPC. Then,
exit the PST, and open UniCDMA (or possibly Kyocera Security Tool). Choose the right port for this phone, and then, read the phone and write all zeros as the SPC.

Text Box: Close UniCDMA, open the Curitel PST and upload PRL or set NAM. It should no ask you for a SPC. If it does, it should be 000000.

While you will not work with many of these models of Audiovox made by Toshiba, if you do get one, you can use the Asura Toshiba PST to work with them.
