Samsung CDMA phones are perhaps the easiest to work with if you are using the Samsung PST. You do not need to know the SPC to reprogram them. In fact the PST can read the SPC and user security code.

There are several different Samsung Universal PST available. They are all located in the Samsung folder. Depending on the carrier, as a short cut you should first choose the PST with the carrier’s name.
Once you find the model you are looking for, select it and click Run.
To program the phone, first, configure the port setting in Setup | COMM Setting. Then go to Service | Read from Phone. Choose Only NAM. To edit the NAM, go to Service | Edit Items.
To write PRL or NAM, go to Service | Write to phone and choose PRL only or NAM.
Samsung A920 from Sprint
Use UniCDMA choose “Sky IM-1200/1400” and set the custom 16-digit password in the last tab to: 01F2030F5F678FF9 (this only applies to Sprint). Then you can write the SPC to all zeros.
After you reset the SPC, use InfoSoft UniPST, choose Samsung A920 and you can reprogram it from there.
You can find additional program and information that might be useful under the Saumsung\A7xx, A8xx, A9xx series ESN SPC folder; or from the Samsung RAR file
